We’re proud to be an independent financial services provider that is still owned by the same individuals who set up the business over 20 years ago.

We believe our independence shapes what it’s like to work at Crestbridge. We want to develop and nurture an environment where talent can grow and hard work can be recognised and rewarded.

Whilst still based solely on merit, we have intentionally made our promotions process more inclusive and transparent, empowering individuals to drive their own career progression through a series of structured pathways, tailored to their professional development needs.

This round of promotions is the first to reflect this new process and is an excellent opportunity to reward those individuals who have worked especially hard to deliver outstanding quality services over the first half of our financial year.

In this brochure, we’re delighted to introduce each of the employees who has been successful in our first round of promotions for 2023.
